Privacy and Cookies policy

Who I am

I am committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of my visitors to my web site. In particular, I want you to know that I am not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.

I just don’t do that sort of thing. But just in case you don’t believe me, in this Privacy Policy, I’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why I collect your personal information, how I use it, the limited conditions under which I may disclose it to others and how I keep it secure. Grab a cuppa and read on.

Forms and Mailing Lists

As part of the process for the contact form, I collect personal information. This is used to:

  • tell you more about things you’ve asked me to tell you about
  • to contact you if I need to obtain or provide additional information
  • to check my records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied.

I don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
I use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver my newsletter. I gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help monitor and improve the e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of my emails or by emailing myself,  Jesse Brown as the data protection officer.
